    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the exact same issue. I verified through SheerID and clicked the confirmation button, but when I click confirm on the screenshotted page it just refers me back to the account overview. I currently have the individual plan, and when I try to click "Get student discount" on the account overview it loops me back to the start. Student plan doesn't even come up when I click on the premium plan options on any site either on the account overview page or provided by the mods on this thread.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It kinda seems fishy to me. Like Spotify is trying to quietly phase out the student plan.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium Individual&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;US&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Macbook Pro)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am stuck in a loop. I thought I reverified my student identification about a month ago, before I was charged full price yesterday, since it has been a year now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Oh no, charged full price, I guess I didn't re-verify correctly. Back into my account, SheerID, student email, date of birth, good good good it says I successfully verified. Cool. But back on my account page it still says Individual Premium will be charged 11.99+tax on the next bill. Alright, there's plenty of buttons that get me to the part where I select the student account, I click select and I'm back to the "Your plan: 11.99 individual premium" groundhog day. I don't have any identity verification emails or anything, not in either email or spam folders. It's feeling like an issue with Spotify, but there's no way to open a ticket and get soe individual help about this...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It's possible the verification has already been applied, but that you just didn't switch the plan to Student. Try doing that from &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/student/" target="_blank"&gt;this link&lt;/A&gt;. Since you're in the US, if you're using the Hulu bundle too, see &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/hulu-premium-bundle/" target="_blank"&gt;here &lt;/A&gt;for more info on that.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the verification itself was unsuccessful and you're not receiving any emails from SheerID, try verifying with a different email address. It doesn't have to be the same one that's on your account. If that too doesn't work, we recommend you reach out to &lt;A href="https://offers.sheerid.com/sheerid/help-center/" target="_blank"&gt;SheerID &lt;/A&gt;and ask them to assist in resending the verification emails.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can confirm this is currently completely broken.&amp;nbsp; I just verified my SheerID, got an email saying it was successful.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When managing my subscriptions I see:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H3&gt;Get Premium Student&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;Special student price while you’re at college or university, for up to 4 years. This discount is valid until:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;lt; snip - moderator edit &amp;gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class=""&gt;However- clicking "Get Discount" just takes me back to the account overview. When clicking renew (I tried cancelling to see if that would help- it doesn't) it renews at $11.99. When viewing "Available subscriptions" there is no Student Discount plan at all.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

Even when SheerID shows a successful verification, the discount doesn’t always apply to the account right away.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, try fully logging out of your Spotify account and then logging back in after the verification. That can sometimes force the account to refresh and recognize the student status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s also important to make sure the email address used during SheerID verification is the exact same one tied to your Spotify account. Even small mismatches can prevent the plan from updating properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In some cases, there’s a short delay after verification before the student plan becomes selectable. Waiting 24–48 hours has helped some users break out of this loop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you’re still stuck, check whether your subscription is billed through a third party like Apple or Google.
