If you'd like to get Premium Student and are currently the owner of a Premium Duo plan, you can try subscribing here. In case that doesn't work, you'll have to cancel your current Duo plan first and wait until it has ended.

Keep in mind that your wife's account will revert to the Spotify Free plan when you switch to Premium Student, since it cannot be combined with any other discounts, such as Premium Duo/Family.

Just to add to what Maxim shared, the key thing to keep in mind is timing. If you cancel Premium Duo, you’ll still keep Duo benefits until the end of the current billing cycle, and only after that ends will you be able to successfully switch to Premium Student.
Also worth double-checking that your student status is verified (or ready to be verified) before you try to subscribe, since the checkout can fail if verification isn’t completed.
Once the switch goes through, only your account will stay Premium and the second Duo member will move back to Free, as mentioned above.
