Student ReVerification link not working

My Question or Issue

I recieved an e-mail from spotify with a link to reverify my student status for the premiu student plan through sheerID, however the link re-directs me to my account page. I've followed advice on several different forum posts - switched from my phone to laptop, used incognito browser, used links different links provided by admin on theses posts - but nothing has worked. I always end up at the account page. The email I received says you can complete the process through your spotify account page, but I also have not found a successful way to get to the SheerID form. Help!!

I'm sorry to hear this. It seems as though you've done extensive troubleshooting so thanks for that. In this case, it'll be best to reach out to SheerID as they manage the entire verification process.
