Unable to Reverify Spotify Premium Student Status

I previously had Spotify Premium Student without any issues, and I recently received an email asking me to reverify my student status to continue the discount. However, during the reverification process through SheerID, the verification fails and displays an error message saying they are having difficulty verifying me. I’m still an active student and would appreciate any help or guidance on how to complete the reverification successfully.

Thanks for reaching out to the community, and sorry you're having trouble with the reverification.

Have you tried completing the reverification in an incognito or private window?

Here are a few things to try:

Open the reverification link in an incognito or private browser window
Make sure your details match your school records exactly
If given the option, upload a current proof of enrollment
Check that your school is listed in SheerID's verification form
Watch for any email from SheerID asking for more documents

If the verification still fails after that, you'll need to contact SheerID Support directly, since Spotify says SheerID manages the student verification process and Spotify can't manually fix Student verification issues from their side.

Hopefully trying it in a private window or submitting updated enrollment proof gets it through.
