&lt;P&gt;If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi today morning I wanted to a buy a student premium account. But two times I tried and something go wrong. Finally I prefer to buy a normal premium. After I checked my bank credit card account they took 2 times student premium price and 1 normal premium price. And I called my bank and they said you should contact spotify for that.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Maxim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I understood&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Spotify is unable to verify my student I.D. It is okey for now. I just already pay for normal premium. And I know any charges is pending but when I called my bank they said 'the charges already took so you have to contact spotify'. And let me explain I tried to charges spotify student premium on phone but after when they asked some papers they were not on my phone so that is why I couldnt complete the process for two times. but anyway So what I understood I will wait 48 hours or a little bite more.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
