Student Discount. Saying I'm a Student but not giving me the discount.

Hi,

I have the Student Premium but yesterday Spotify charged me the full amount of £9.99 instead of £4.99. I've gone onto my online account and it still says I have a student account but it's charging me the full amount. My email address is deanfatso@gmail.com if you could please get in touch so we can resolve this.

I am facing the same problem. I am a student but Spotify has charged me £15 for no reason! Please refund the money back. My username is sohamkhemka@gmail.com.

I also had the same issue, I confirmed my student status with the application form at the start of the fall and now I noticed that spotify had charged me the full premium price for several months and I had to update my subscription type again for the student premium to become available.
