My Question or Issue

I have been using the student discount for a year or so now however as I was going to renew it this past week my college is no longer on the list. SheerID Manual Verification is also not accepting my college for some reason. It worked the first time and for my first renewal so why not my second?

I go to Florida Polytechnic University.
