      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the student premium rate for a long time now, and suddenly I was charged the full $9.99 rate. (U.S.)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I recertified that I was a student a month ago, and now just again. (after already being double charged)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have done that, twice now. I renewed it BEFORE it expired and was still&lt;BR /&gt;charged the standard amount.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't need some volunteer's readouts from the FAQ. I need customer&lt;BR /&gt;support, of which it is disgustingly difficult to get it appears.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I feel like my voice of approval in Spotify has been misplaced if I haven't&lt;BR /&gt;received any official help and can't find the appropriate channels with my&lt;BR /&gt;first billing error ever.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
