Unfortunately if she has access to your student documents, she can sign up for the student discount using them.

You will have to get in touch with her and tell her that she needs to get in touch with our Customer Support team. They will be able to transfer the student discount to your account after some verification from both of you.

However, if she doesn't agree to that, unfortunately there isn't a lot we can do, and you will have to find anothe way to resolve the conflict.
