Minha conta era Premium para Estudante, porém creio que terminou meu prazo de 12 meses, sendo cobrado o valor integral esse mês. Porém não recebi nenhum email ou aviso prévio de que estava terminando os 12 meses para que eu pudesse fazer um novo processo de verificação antes da cobrança.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Já solicitei a nova verificação. Como faço para conseguir o reembolso do valor cobrado, sendo cobrado somente o valor de estudante?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
