HELP WITH STUDENT ACCOUNT ERROR

iPhone 7 or Macbook Pro

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or Issue

I have had Spotify Student for a couple of years now with Hulu and Showtime. I recently transferred schools so I went to Unidays to update my student status. However, it keeps not letting me change back from premium to student. The message that pops up is in the attachments. Please help! I miss my Hulu and want my discounted rate back as it is what I can afford!

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

Just to confirm, did you try renewing your student status here? If so, keep in mind that we use SheerID and not UNiDAYS to verify your student credentials in the United States.

If you're still seeing the same error message, we'd recommend giving it a try in an incognito or private window in your browser.
