How to renew student discount?

I got an email reminding me to renew my student discount before it expires, but when I followed the link in the email, there was no link to reverify my information. I'm in my last year of grad school now, I graduate in May. I also went to my account page to see if there was a way to update it there, to no luck. My account page says "Your student discount is valid until 10/30/18. After that date, you’ll be charged the normal price for Spotify Premium if you are a Premium for Students subscriber. You can cancel anytime."

You should be able to renew your subscription after it expires.
