Discount for students

My Question or Issue

I have verified my Status as a univeristy Student but when I try to buy the discount a massage pops up that says I could not recieve the product I wished. I have never used the discount before.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

You mention you're currently on Premium. Just to confirm, did you subscribe through another service (like your mobile provider or iTunes)?

If so, keep in mind you'll need to first to cancel your existing subscription with them before signing up for the discounted rate.

Further, if you're on a Premium for Family plan, keep in mind that you can’t combine it with any trials, or offers such as the student discount.

If that doesn't help, it'd be helpful if you could send us a screenshot of the error message you see. Just make sure that it doesn't include any sensitive/private information 🙂
