Minha pergunta ou problema

Eu já tinha uma conta premium com ddesconto universitário desde outubro de 2017 só que em junho do ano passado cancelei o premium. Tentei mandar pra analise desde ontem e apareceu a mensagem "VOCÊ JÁ APROVEITOU ESTA OFERTA". fiquei sme entender, o período é um ano por conta ou é os 4 anos de faculdade ?

Você pode renovar o desconto a cada 12 meses (até três vezes), desde que ainda tenha direito a ele.

Então sugiro que você faça login com a sua conta e proceda a renovação do plano por esse link: https://www.spotify.com/student/

Olá estou com o mesmo problema, após eu perder meu cartão de crédito onde era debitado o spotify, não consigo atualizar minha forma de pagamento e nem tenho acesso ao plano de estudante.

Just to double-check-are there any changes after trying the steps @Bittencourt mentioned?

In case the issue persists, you can try subscribing to Premium for Students on another device.

If you get an error message, you can send us a screenshot of it. Just make sure that any sensitive or private info is hidden. We'll look into this further.

Acontece o mesmo comigo, mandei o documento mas nem cheguei a utilizar o mês grátis. E agora diz que eu já aproveitei a oferta e nem tenho como continuar para ter direito ao plano de estudante.

Só confirmando, o desconto para universitários é válido por 12 meses. Após o término desse período, seu plano Premium passará para o preço cheio.

O ideal é fazer a renovação na página da sua conta antes que o desconto expire.

Se o desconto expirar antes de ser renovado, acesse a página da sua conta, clique em MUDAR DE PLANO e escolha Premium Universitário.

Entre na página da sua conta

Se já tiver feito isso, me explica com mais detalhes o que está acontecendo para que a gente consiga resolver!

Boa noite, estou com o mesmo problema nunca fiz plano fui tentar cadastrar o universitário e após muitos erros de tente novamente mais tarde repeti o processo várias vezes em diferentes aparelhos apareceu este erro

You should have received an email from SheerID confirming that you are eligible for the student discount. Please check your inbox and spam filter for such email and make sure you follow all the steps in it.

If you do not find the email or the verification link has expired, you will need to contact SheerID again and request that they send you a new verification link. You can do that here.

When you receive the new email, make sure you follow all the steps in it to complete the process and get Premium Student. The process is completed when you press GET STUDENT and enter your payment details.

Estou passando pelo mesmo problema, porém nunca cheguei a desfrutar da oferta. Registrei os dados para verificação um tempo atrás e ficou por isso mesmo, não obtive **bleep** e segui pagando o valor do plano premium, entretanto agora fui tentar novamente e consta que ja aproveitei essa oferta sendo que isso não aconteceu. Alguém pode me ajudar a solucionar a questão?

To apply to a Premium offer, the account and the payment method must have not been used in Spotify before. Since you're mentioning that you never used the promo, it's possible that the payment method is the one giving the error message. First, we'd recommend trying a different payment method in an incognito window to see if it makes any difference.

If not, as this could be account-related and we have no access to users accounts from the Community, we'd suggest contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check your individual account and see what happened.

Minha primeira sugestão é que vc tente novamente usando outro dispositivo, ou pelo menos outro navegador, no modo incógnito.

Se for possível também testar com outra forma de pagamento, pode funcionar!

Estou com o mesmo problema. Fiz a compra para o teste gratuito do Premium Individual (que continua ativo) e fiz a solicitação para o Plano Universitário que foi validado. Cancelei a compra dentro do período de teste mas agora que quero voltar com o plano universitário mas só aparece a mensagem “você já aproveitou esta oferta”
