Error when requesting student discount

I created my Facebook account in 2009, but down a fake DoB at the time and wrong email. Been using spotify since about 2013 and wanted to get the student plan since I am now a student at a community collge and have been for a year now. I saw my college on the drop down but everytime I submit it it gives an error and cannot confirm. I can send a picture of My school Id, or send an email via the .edu account that was given to me at the time.

I signed up for Spotify on my Facebook account, which the email and DoB I changed yesterday to match my real DoB and email that I have access to. I honestly do not know what to do to get the student discord and it's kinda frustrating.

Attached files are my Facebook Dob and Spotify Dob(with minor detail redacted) showing that they do not match and haven't updated.

Alright I got this issue fixed. If I have another issue should I create a new ticket/thread? I talked about it here, and idk what to do. Email is different on Facebook and hasn't updated. But I also found out that I have account with that email that I haven't used.

Also, I have no clue why my name is "zy-du_jei8nl"
