My Question or Issue

I'm trying to get premium for Students. I have filled the request form and I have chosen my university, which is Autonomous University of Barcelona, but when they say that they are sending me to log in my university webpage they actually send me in another university page. I think they are confusing my university with the University of Barcelona, because they are sending me to that webpage. So, as I'm not an students of UB I can't log in. I have repeated the request form many times and still not working. What I have to do?

Can you give it a try in an incognito window and/or a different browser?

Also, can you please give me the exact steps that you are doing, including the URL that you are being taken to? Screenshots could be helpful as well.
