Student discount

Hi, I signed up for the student discount over a month ago and attached all documents needed. It said it would take a couple of days to process but no mail has arrived or anything. I also get payments for premium at normal cost. Is it still processing?

Hey @Massken, welcome to the community!

Right now, all the verification process for the student discount is handled by SheerID. If you've sent all the correct information but didn't receive a notification email about it, we suggest contacting them for more information.

As soon as your details are verified and the discount is added to your account, you'll continue paying the discounted rate.
