Payment Verification, Help please :(

I know I have to wait for a couple of days to verify my student account but I need it in next 12 hours. Some affairs of heart... Is there a possibility to speed up this process? Do a favor to this romantic guy 😞

P.S. I thought that I could see the payment verification on my account and I paid for two times. How can I get the payment back?

Hey @smdshn

Did you get an email receipt (or two) from Spotify for your subscription purchase?

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

Unfortunately, I think the verification is done through a third-party, so I don't think there's a way to speed it up.
