My Question or Issue

Hi, I have started to be charged the full amount for spotify without the discount applied, without notice!!! I have tried to renew it but my college doesn’t show up on the list, my friends who go to the same college as I do still get the discount! Can anyone please help me?! X

Thanks for getting in touch!

You have to re-apply for the Student Discount every 12 months. Try an incognito browsing session if something is not working. If you university is not listed, get in touch with SheerID as they can help you to manually verify you.
