Cannot get my student discount

When I tried to get my student discount applied with my unidays code, it says my student credentials are associated with another account. I have not gotten premium with my student discount before so I don't know where the issue is. I contacted Spotify and they said I need to ask unidays for my student discount number but then they emailed me back saying I need to contact Spotify instead as it's a technical issue on their side. I have no idea what to do and they keeps sending me back and forth between each other.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your Student Discount.

First off, let's try seeing if you've already got any other accounts. I know it may seem tedious, but we often create accounts nowadays and forget about them, so it's best to just check before we continue.

Also, try signing in with your Facebook account, there could be an account there 🙂

i logged in with my username and password and also logged in through facebook and they seem to be the same account like theyre connected.
