Hi all I'm Andrea from Italy,

I've just paid 4,99€ for my premium student discount and my bank account says -4,99€, I gave spotify all of my infos about my university (Università di Roma la Sapienza) that is in the universities list but I haven't still my premium account and I need it from tomorrow.

When Spotify will activate my premium?

Hey @Andrewdeg and welcome to the community!

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days.

The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.

The whole upgrade should be done within few days.

Few days but how many? I thought it was immediate, not in a few days...

I'm interested only in knowing when I can use spotify premium on my account

Thank you for your reaction @Andrewdeg. As far as I know, the whole Student process is verified by SheerID so the lenght depends on them, not on Spotify. It is really hard to say when you will be successfully verified.
