Student Discount Payment Problem

Hello! I bought student discount premium, money is paid, got a mail from SheerID saying it is confirmed that I am university student, but when I click on the mail's "Complete your Purchasing" it sends me back at credit card payment website, and I am still Spotify Free. Can you help? Thank you.

Sorry, I have no idea. Just checked my bank account and money was given back. No one said anything or sent me a message about it.

I went to get it, so I filled out the card information, just to find out my school isn't on the list, so I don't have premium at all, but they still charged the money?! How do I get them back?

Bom dia, Eu solicitei a compra do plano Spotify Premium porém durante o processo, solicitaram o comprovante da faculdade porém não o tinha em mãos e assim continuei o processo, e quando o terminei não consegui utilizar o plano Premium, mas o valor foi descontado no cartão de crédito . Como faço para utilizar o serviço Premium? Favor entrar em contato
