If my student premium subscription ends 9/13, is it possible for me to apply for the student discount again in the next few days and not be charged until 9/13?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

Since the student discount is only valid for 12 months at a time, you should receive an email from us 7 days before it expires with the option to reapply for another 12 months if you're still a student. We'd suggest keeping an eye on your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for an email from no-reply@spotify.com.

I couldnt keep it renweing every month because I couldnt afford it, I never had a problem with getting the discount every few months or so. Now, it is denying me, saying they cant verify that I am a student. What can I do?

i've had my account for over a year and last month it charged me 9.99 but i'm a student and have had the student account over a year now. But there isn't a customer services line so who do i speak too about getting my money back for the 9.99 and continuing to be on the student plan?

Same thing is happening to me. I have renewed but am still being charged $9.99 even after confirmation of student discount.
