When I began typing in my school's name, it popped up, so I clicked on it. Once I clicked on it all my info was complete so I hit continue to go onto the next step. This is when it told me I was not eligible. I can't identify the problem here and if I can't find a solution spotify will unfortunatly be losing a customer.
