Hey @teeenyyyy!

I’d recommend reaching out to Spotify for more help with this. Just fill out the online contact form to create a ticket with support. If you would prefer not to send an email, you can reach them on twitter at @SpotifyCares, or on Facebook by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page.

I hope this helps!

Plan

Student Premium

Country

USA

My Question or Issue

I recently signed up for a student discount for the $4.99 because I've used the $0.99 before but I tried to change my subscription on my account on my laptop because I wasn't able to do it on my phone but when I put in all my information for my student discount and my debit card I didn't realize it was my sister's account so she now has my student discount info and I can't renew my subscription on my account due to her using my info and I couldn't cancel it. Is there a way I can cancel my student discount on her account so I can authorize my student discount on my account? Also, I don't want to get double charged, so what can I do about this situation?
