Student Credential in use

I have Premium right now and I am trying to switch to the Student Plan, but it keeps saying that my student credentials are already in use, which is weird because I have never signed up for the student discount before. How can I get the Student Plan to work?

Let's try clearing your web browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to see if it goes through.

If the previous suggestions don't do the trick, let us know if you already received the email confirmation from SheerID to complete the purchase.

I am having the same problem and I tried clearing my cookies and it still says the same message

If you're still unable to get the discount after trying an incognito window, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.

They'll be able to check your account and further assist you.
