      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry to hear you've had some issues getting setup, if you contact Spotify support (you can do this here, or &lt;A href="https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares" target="_self"&gt;via Twitter here&lt;/A&gt;)&amp;nbsp;they'll be able to sort that out for you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It may be that the charges are just verification payments, so they'll automatically refund. But it's still worth reaching out and seeing what support will say &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;- James&lt;/P&gt;</description>
