Hi, I have a premium account and would like to get the student discount. How can I get this? And can I pay with IDEAL?

Yep! All you need to do is sign up at www.spotify.com/student and the discounted rate will automatically begin on your next billing date.
Note: If you subscribed through any other company than Spotify, you need to contact that company to cancel. If your subscription is through iTunes, please see Apple's instructions for canceling.

And can I pay with IDEAL?

Unfortunately no, you can't pay with IDEAL yet. If you want, vote for the idea - the more votes it has its more likely to be implemented in the future.
