I am a student, and have been using spotify with the student discount for the last 2 years. However, I was charged the full premium price today and I don't know why. I also can't find any way to contact spotify to ressurect this.

Hi @george_jacksons and welcome to the community!

Student discount expires in 12 months, so you need to resubscribe here to qualify for another year of discount.

The student discount will be applied on the next renewal date which you can see in your subscription status.

Hi, thanks @imattolo How can I claim back the money that I have lost by being mistakenly charged the full price this month?

as I told you in the previous reply, the discount will be applied on the next renewal date which you can see in your subscription status page.

But if you think you're elegible for a refund, please get in touch with the Spotify team by filling this contact form.
