Ich möchte gerne meinen Premium Account wechseln zum Studentenacoount, jedoch studiere ich in den Niederlanden. Wenn ich auf der deutschen Unidays website nach meiner Universität suche, findet er diese nicht. Jetzt habe ich auf der herkömmlichen Unidays website das Land zu NL gewechselt und meine Universität gefunden und mich verifiziert, jedoch kann ich trotzdem nicht Spotify rabattiert erhalten.

Ich hab das selbe Problem, nur dass ich bei der Diploma Hochschule bin, ich kann keinen Unidays Account anlegen. Hilfe?

Ik ben een student en ik wil graag de studenten premium aanvragen voor 4,99 euro. Bij betalingen zie ik dat er om creditcard gegevens wordt gevraagd wat ik niet heb. Ik kan alleen IDEAL betalen. Hoe werkt dit dan?
