      <description>I've already paid 65 pesos for the student discount (my student status was already verified fyi) and i was shocked that spotify was charging me 65 pesos again. My bank account confirmed that the 65 pesos that i had paid was already sent to you and my bank balance is already deducted. How to fix this problem?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ps. My account is still on its free status, spotify did not updated it to premium even though i already paid</description>

This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status.
