Payment Update Only Student Account

Hi, I recently greaduated and am no longer a student. The past 5 months I have been paying the regular 9.99 fee and no longer the student discount. After I had to make a credit card change, I am now unable to update my payment info without it making me verify my student status, which I no longer have. So I have found a loop that wont let me update my payment info without verifying my student status but I am no longer a student paying regular payments monthly anyways.

Hi @Gladfelter5. Sorry that you've run into this issue. To resolve this you are going to want to cancel your premium subscription and then re-enroll back for the regular premium subscription afterwards.

To manage your subscription, go here. As far as canceling goes, don’t worry! All of your playlists will remain intact. Do note, however, that when your subscription lapses you will lose access to your offline tracks and you will have to re-download them once you re-subscribe to premium. If you would like to avoid this, please be sure to re-subscribe before your subscription lapses!
