I sendt my ducuments to spotify and got verified as a student, but when i clik on the complete purchase buton a 404 side pops up and i cant continue. Spotyfi have allready taken money form my credit card although dont have primeum acount. i have tryed to complete the purchase from differdent PC´s and phones but it does not work.

The problem with the error 404 is that you have forgotten your password, or that your facebook and spotify e-mails don't match. Try checking if they do match and try logging off and on to your account again.

Oh yeah! And be sure that you entered the right email/username and password.

i use facebok to log in, and i have checked the emails are the same. It must be something else

Anyway about your money, the transaction is pending, spotify have not taken your money yet. As soon as they notice that you havent completed your registration, the money is going to go back to you.
