topic Student Discount in Premium Student

Hello everyone. Some time ago I tried to change my Premium subscription to the Student Offer and as a supporting document I raised a tuition payment that apparently, not coming from a near period, was not worth to make the change. I have just arranged to perform the procedure again to upload a much more recent document and I am getting a message stating that "I have already used this offer". But I have never changed my rate to €4,99 a month. How can I solve that? Thank you.
