I am hoping to get this issue resolved so I don't have to double pay for this month by changing back to a student account. I would like a refund and I am happy to provide further proof that I am in fact a college student.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
