    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to purchase the discount premium plan for students but did not upload any archives to verify that I am an student to complete the process, therefore, I did not complete it. I closed the window and opted for the normal Premium plan with the 30 days free trial.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Then, my credit card was charged two times with the Premium student discount&amp;nbsp;fee, and it was not even completed. It said it sould not charge before I was verified, but, since I never completed this process, this could not be possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I need to know how to get a refund,&amp;nbsp;because I did not pay for any student discount, instead, I successfully subscribed to the normal Premium plan with a 30-day trial period.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
