I am studying for an MA at a small institution in London, underwritten by London Metropolitan University. The institution does ot issue ID cards or email addresses and I cannot therefore join Unidays (they have said that I need one or other of these things). Is there anything else I can do?

Amazon will accept my NUS card, but not Spotify. Does this mean I have to move to Amazon?

Hey @peteru42,

Student Verification is done through UNiDAYS so maybe you can try reaching out to them again and see if there's really no way for you to get verified. There's not much Spotify can do about this because they're not the ones doing the verification part.

That is a shame for spotify and for me. I am a legit student on a 4 year course and we both lose out. Seems crazy.
