I got an email from SheerID that confirmed that I'm enrolled to my Univerisity, and I had to press the button COMPLETE PURCHASE. Once I did that a pink page of Spotify opened and there was writte THE PAGE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

So now my acount still showes FREE and I don't know how to complete che purchase for the student account...

Can someone help me?

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂
Having no spotify premium isn't cool! Usually these kind of things happen, because of your web browsers cache. So try doing the following things:
Try opening the link in a private/incognito tab.
If that doesn't work, change browser and clear both browsers cache.
Lastly if that doesn't work either, try on another device, that should do the trick!

Thank you very much, I tired all the ways how you said it, but still it doesn't work...

It keeps showing the page with written THIS PAGE IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

I don't understand how to procede now with the purchase of the student discount.

Is there no number I can call or someone that can fix it...
