I had Spotify student premium earlier this year and I try to activate it again and after I submit my credit card information this message pops up ,"This form has expired. Please reload the page and try again." I tried 5 times and no luck .

Hey! Welcome to the Spotify Community 🙂
Having no spotify premium isn't cool! Usually these kind of things happen, because of your web browsers cache. So try doing the following things:
Try changing your credit card information in a private/incognito tab.
If that doesn't work, change browser and clear both browsers cache.
Lastly if that doesn't work either, try changing the credit card information on another device, that should do the trick!
