Hi,

I have got my NUS card, but when I am putting my place of study on Spotify it doesnt appear on the list.

What do I do?

Hey @sophieallder,

Spotify no longer accepts NUS cards for the student discount. But it’s still super easy to take advantage of the student deal. All you need is an account with UNiDAYS.

If you don’t already have one, you can create an account with them for free at https://www.myunidays.com/account/register.

After successfully signing up to UNiDAYS and being verified there, you can sign up to the student discount at https://spotify.com/student 🙂

When I go on the link to Unidays I am unable to find my place of study. How do I hget round this ?

You can try reaching out to UNiDAYS at https://www.myunidays.com/support/verifying/contact to see if you can be verified without your school being listed.

They used to accept NUS, but now they only accept UNiDAY accounts. Many people are now longer able to claim the student discount (insitutes not listed is the main issue/reason).
