Hello Community,

I have following problem. Last Year I subscribed to Spotify with the student permium choice. I paid 4,99€ a months. Since 2 months the student premium account changed to a normal one for 9,99€ a month. But i am still a student and I am still looking for the student package. So do i have to cancel my membership now and register to unidays again?

Hey there @nick200010, welcome to the community!

The student discount is active for 12 months from the moment you apply it to your account. After that, your account will revert to the standard Premium rate, as you saw.

This is so Spotify can check your eligibility each academic year. If you’re still a student, you can reapply for an additional 12 months.
