Offline browsing not working

I have premium student and I can listen to any music I want when I am online and then when I go offline I can listen to my downloaded music but I cannot browse or search any other music when I am offline and other friends of mine are able to do that with premium. Just wondering what I can do to fix that? Thanks.

Hey @ambeegurl23,

With a Premium subscription, you can sync your tracks for offline use. Just make sure to follow these steps. Hope that helps 🙂

Hey there @ambeegurl23, welcome to the community!

That's odd. When you switch to "offline" you shouldn't be able to use Browse or Search since to find a song you don't have in your downloaded content you'll need to be online. Could your friends be using "Private Sessions" instead? They'd still be online so they'd be able to use Search and Browse.
