I graduated from college, so I am no longer qualified for the Student rate, but I can't change my account to reflect that. I need to change payment info, but it won't let me, as the system still wants to verify I am a student...

Could you try using another browser (or an incognito window) or maybe another device?

I have tried multiple browsers. There is not an option to change from a student account to a normal account as far as I can tell.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
