If I already have premium but I want to get the student discount, when I try to sign up for it, I’m filling out as if I was just getting it for the first time and asks for form of payment. How do I make sure I don’t get charged 9.99 and then an extra 4.99 a month? Do I cancel and sign up again?

Hi @Gummywif. So long as you are logged in to the proper account you shouldn't get charged for both subscriptions, as the student one will replace the standard one. Please note that you will most likely see a pre-authorization charge placed on your payment method after enrolling, but this should drop in a few business days and you will not be actually charged until your current month of premium lapses.

I originally had the student discount subscription but I was charged the 9.99 amount for the premium subscription.. how do I switch back over to the student subscription when I was already charged for the premium one today??
