topic card number in Premium Student

I want to upgrade my account to one with student discount. But when I try to do that, they ask me my card-number. I live in Holland, and my card-number has an "X" in it. But I cant write any letters there, only numbers. So what should I do?

Hey @lianagrobben,

That's very odd.

Credit cards only have numbers, no letters.

I'd recommend reaching out to your card issuer to find out why there's an X in your card number.
