Student Discount Not Applied

I have been signed up for the student discount for a few months now but I am still paying the $9.99 a month. Why is that? The must be a bug in the system.

To keep the student discount up and running, you'll need to renew it every 12 months. This could be the reason why the subscription went back to the regular price.

As soon as you renew the discount, the subscription will go back to $4.99 per month, starting on your next billing date.
