    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I run into an issue yesterday, where I wanted to apply for a student discount with my ISIC card. I entered my credit card details, clicked continue and was taken to a "student status verification" page. There I found out I was missing the required document, so I closed the page and went find it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I wanted to complete the process, but I didn't find any links to open the page again. Plus, I found out I got charged money for the first month - and I don't have premium enabled yet. The message just said "Spotify P047002F1D Stockholm SE".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I resolve this situation? I don't want to enter my credit card details again, because I don't want to get charged a second time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Most likely, this is just a &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/why-charged-twice/" target="_blank"&gt;pending&lt;/A&gt; transaction. This means that the funds were put on hold when you entered the card details. However, since the payment didn't go throuhg, the money should go back to your bank account in a few business days.&lt;/P&gt;
