Switching student premium account

So I’ve been using Spotify Premium with the Student discount on one of my accounts since March of 2018. Around December, my little brother was somehow able to use my discount on his own Spotify account, and now I no longer have access to the Student discount. Is there anyway for me to get the discount back on my account?
