spotify said "we will not take money from card until verify your student papers." But they take money and i cant use this discount.I hope you will solve this problem at least please give back my money.

Hey @Batuhan781,

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

@Maxim stop replying the same thing PLSPSLSLSLSLSLSLS, CUZ in my case was succesfully verified and they charged me twice!!!AND IT BEEN DAYS ALREADY, AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY MONEY BACK, NEITHER THE PREMIUM ACCOUNT!!!, When I'm loocking for help, the Only thing that I can find is your message, LOL.
