Hulu won't recognize my student discount

I had been using the spotify/hulu student discount since it was released a couple months ago, but now when I try to use Hulu it asks me to sign up and pay even though I have the spotify student discount. When I try putting in my credentials, it says "We're having a problem authorizing your account with Spotify"

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to link your Hulu account to Spotify.

Let us know if that does the trick.

I have had this same issue as well. I've tried the incogneto window and it has not worked. It keeps saying "We’re having trouble authorizing your account with Spotify. Please contact Spotify support to help resolve this issue." I've tried to reset my password but Hulu will not send the message to link to a new password, I have tried twice and waited a half an hour each, checking junk mail as well like their automated message had instructed.
